When the Gwada Vins team approached me, their need was clear: a site that reflected the authenticity and richness of their worldwide wine cellar and their local products in Guadeloupe.
Project objectives :
- Promote their selection of wines and spirits
- Promoting Guadeloupe's local produce
- Offer an immersive online experience in line with their graphics
2. Conception & design: an ambience that reflects their image
I came up with a visual identity that blends elegance and authenticity:
- Intuitive design : fluid navigation between the different categories (wines, chocolates, gift boxes, etc.)
- Immersive images : photos highlighting the bottles and the atmosphere of the venue
3. Development & integration: a modern, high-performance showcase
Technology used : For simple, effective management for everyone, I used Google Sites
Responsive design : mobile-optimised display, essential for local customers and tourists
4. SEO & optimisation: boosting local visibility
Search engine optimisation (SEO) : optimising to capture local searches for wine and Guadeloupe products
Technical performance optimised loading time for fast browsing
Engaging writing : meticulous, immersive descriptions to tell the story of products and producers
5. On-line launch and support
Even with the website being uploaded, I still manage updating and optimisation. A website is an evolving showcase, and regular updates reflect new arrivals and events in the shop.
